Tam Solomon founded The M team in 2011. It all began when Tam, working professional, wife, mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend, looked around and saw that everyone had their needs met but her. Oh yeah, she was great at all her "jobs," but rarely had time to take care of herself. Tam finally realized she needed time away from the obligations, phone calls, emails, questions and expectations. She needed some time for her...to re-group so that she could be better for herself and the people in her life.
If you are a daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, friend or aunt, join us and let's connect, have fun, develop ourselves personally, and even get away from it all. Our annual getaways will stimulate and rejuvenate the soul and give us a chance to drop off any extra baggage we may be carrying around. We’ll unite over delish meals, lots of laughs, and maybe even a few cries. We'll address life challenges that we all face daily without judgment. We'll unite as friends and depart as sisters.
